White Nights Conference 2019 highlights

White Nights Conference is an international event for the gaming industry including mobile, PC, console, web, AR and VR. Organized by Nevosoft, White Nights Conference has been successfully establishing itself in Berlin and Barcelona aside from St. Petersburg and Moscow. Just as you expect, it includes networking parties, developer exhibition and speakers. One of the benefits of the conference is the Business Assistant where participants can reach any attendee of the conference directly. Afterall, networking and meeting decision-makers face-to-face is an important reason to attend. The conference offered a nice combination of gaming and different aspects of marketing. The emphasis was on Facebook and almost every gaming company referred to it as its preferred channel for user acquisition. The other channel for efficient UA was Google and the third place was split between native ads, Twitter, Snap, Unity and AppLovin.

Facebook had several sessions all dedicated to different forms of its marketing efforts and strategies for mobile games including a crash course on Facebook Marketing.

Kolibri Games talked about how it doubled its revenue with FB which you can watch here.

Panel discussions definitely stood out as they featured dynamic talks between publishers on one side and agencies/monetization tools on the other. This event is smaller than some of the commonly known conferences like GDC or Gamescom, nevertheless, you get to meet a lot of people from the industry where gaming companies go to show off their releases, recruit and look for upcoming titles that might be interesting. Such companies included Wargaming, Pixonic and also Mail.ru.

White Nights Conference is a good event to meet more people, make connections but also listen to great speakers and acquire knowledge.
